As such, everybody is different, and results will vary depending on each case and your ability to follow the protocol— understanding life’s journey is unequivocally non-linear. Generally speaking, patients will begin to feel better in about 3-6 months, assuming adherence to the recommended protocol and are receiving adjunctive mental health care (psychotherapy, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker)
